JCE provides the most reliable field service on Michigan’s Upper Peninsula We have the management skills to organize and document the job, as well as the hands-on skills, the tools, equipment and vehicles to do the job. In-house fabrication and maintenance facilities provide excellent support for your field project.

JCE has been under contract with the Michigan DOT to manage and provide field services for the last eight years. We have been administering outdoor billboard advertising for MDOT as required by the Highway Beautification Act. We permit new signs, inventory existing structures, identify illegally placed billboards and maintain the MDOT computer database under this contract.

JCE has also been performing structural inspections for a major home mortgage provider. We routinely travel the extent of the UP and can cost effectively stop to address your field service needs along the way.
